Adding your heart rate and stress index through finger scanner
How to add your health measurements
First, tap on the My Data button which can be found in the lower middle part of the screen.
After that, tap on "Your health measurements".
To add your health data, tap on "add health data"
You can add the following health data into Vivy:
- Activity duration
- Blood pressure
- Daily steps
- Heart rate
- Mood
- Sleeping time
- Smoking
- Weight
- Stress index
You can either add them through manual input or by connecting to Google Fit/Apple Health except mood and smoking which can only be added through manual input.
You can measure your heart rate and stress index using the finger scanner.
How to connect with Google Fit
- Tap on "Connect to Google Fit"
- Choose an email account to connect
- Tap on "allow"
Your account is now connected to Google Fit. Tap on "add health data" at the bottom of the screen or the plus sign at the top right of the screen to choose which item you would like the data to transfer from Google Fit or through manual input.
How to connect with Apple Health
- Tap on "connect to Apple Health"
- You can choose to turn all categories on or choose only a few
- Tap on "allow"
Your account is now connected to Apple Health. Tap on "add health data" at the bottom of the screen or the plus sign at the top right of the screen to choose which item you would like the data to transfer from Apple Health or through manual input.
Adding your heart rate and stress index through finger scanner
You can now check your heart rate and stress index by placing your finger on the back camera of your phone for 1-2 minutes.
Simply choose "Finger scanner" as the input option.
