You can find a list of all data we have stored about you in the settings section "Data management: Data information". The data is organized in categories. You can delete the data by revoking the consent for storing it or by uninstalling the app.
How is your data secured
Your data belongs to you. The Vivy app does not send any of your health information anywhere outside your phone. Even on the phone, the data is only accessible when you are logged in, as it is stored in encrypted form. We make sure that any actions or data you give to Vivy cannot be used to identify you by us or third parties.
You have full control over your data at all times.
What if I lose my smartphone? Are my details still safe?
Your data is stored on the phone, but it is stored in a secure database. It is double-secured with two-factor authentication login. In other words, it is not enough to have your smartphone to register. If someone wants to access your account, they will need your password as well as your phone number.
Your data is still protected if you have chosen a secure password and have not made it public or saved it on your smartphone.
If your smartphone has been stolen or you have lost it and you fear that a third person could gain access to your account details, you can also have your Vivy account locked. You can find out how it works here.
