Who can use Vivy?

In order to register with Vivy and to be able to use the App to its full extent, you must:

• be at least 16 or older (depending on the conditions of national law)
• have an email address
• have an active mobile phone number
• and your health insurance has sent you a registration link

Do I have to pay to use Vivy?

The use of Vivy is free for members of partner insurance companies. Your insurance company will cover the costs for you.
