Through Vivy, you can make a video consultation with a doctor covered by your insurance provider. Users can access this feature from the insurance folder or other parts of the app if such action is recommended.
How to start a video call
Once you select Telehealth, you will be asked to choose the doctor that you would like. If you are not sure, select "General Practitioner."
Please make sure your call happens during your doctor's opening hours. During working days, this is usually from 9:00-17:00. You can see the doctor's availability directly in the Vivy app. If no doctor is available at a given moment, please try calling again at a different time or day.
What you need for a video consultation
To make a video call, you must allow Vivy to access the camera and microphone of your phone. For security reasons, we do not give out any information about you before the video call, so you will have to tell the doctor about your request. You can choose to consult with the doctor anonymously.
Features of the video consultation
You can use the following features during your video consultation:
- Mute Microphone - You can mute/unmute the microphone by clicking the mute/unmute button
- Switch off camera - you can switch off/on the camera by clicking the button
- Chat - you can write messages to the doctor
